Adela C. Lucchesi

Ms. Lucchesi concentrates her practice on corporate, banking, and collection matters. She is predominantly a litigator with extensive experience in both State and Federal Courts. Ms. Lucchesi has successfully represented many major Midwestern financial institutions over the years and has assisted in the recovery of millions of dollars of written-off assets. Ms. Lucchesi also has experience with consumer fraud and class action cases. Ms. Lucchesi has authored a number of appeals on behalf of her clients.

In addition to her professional duties, Ms. Lucchesi is a member of the Justinian Society, the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association where she serves on the Assembly, the Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy Section Counsel, and the Judicial Evaluations Committee.

Ms. Lucchesi received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University and her law degree from Loyola University at Chicago in 1999. Ms. Lucchesi is licensed to practice law in Illinois and admitted in the U.S. District Court, Northern and Central Districts of Illinois; U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas, and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana.
