Patrick D. Lamb

For over 30 years, Patrick D. Lamb has practiced law on both the state and federal level and is one of the founding partners of the law firm bearing his name.

As a member of the American Association of Justice since 1987 and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, he has participated in excess of 500 trials and arbitrations. He represents well over 100 small, medium and large corporations, including National and Community Banks providing a myriad of legal support and counsel including the litigation of financial and business disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder claims, and various breach of contract and other commercial matters. He is also actively involved in Will contests, probate and real estate disputes.

Because of his extensive legal background and experience, he has been retained from time to time as a testifying legal expert in legal malpractice matters having previously defended attorneys accused of professional errors and omissions for their and their insurance companies benefit.

Over Thirty years ago, Mr. Lamb began his career as a Chicago Title & Trust Title Examiner while attending law school at night. He has since developed and owned commercial real estate, building over the years a thorough understanding of the legal and business aspects of real estate as an attorney, an investor, a landlord and developer of commercial property. Mr. Lamb is a licensed member of the Illinois Sate Bar Association and has successfully briefed and argued matters in the Illinois Appellate Courts. He is licensed to practice in the U.S. Federal District Courts, Northern District of Illinois and is a member of the Federal Trial Bar. In addition to being a member of AAJ and ITLA, he is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association.

Mr. Lamb has successfully handled multi-million dollar lawsuits and has prosecuted the partition and equitable resolution of over 360 million dollars in Real Estate holdings involving in excess of 40 buildings - all to the immense satisfaction of his clients.
